Working with images
PIXIE is used during the measurements to control cameras and to evaluate images into physical magnitudes, but it also serves for viewing, editing, and comparing images after the measurement. It features 2-dimensional graphs forĀ histograms, power means, line scans, and more. General math operations can be appliedĀ to one or two images, including the creation and use of validity masks, interpolation over invalid pixels, and more.
Because the images are scaled to mm PIXIE can also be used to control the xyz-stage to locate specific points or areas of interest on the solar cell for further measurements.
